Teri Ritter
Owner & Talent Agent
Teri came to the industry with over 30 years’ experience in strategic planning and accounting. This, coupled with her industry experience as the mom of a busy actor, has allowed her to get to know the industry from the ground floor up.

Originally with Hines Management, Teri opened her own agency in August 2017. During the 18 years that Teri has been an agent, she has seen her roster grow and develop into a strong group of actors that are regularly being called in by top casting directors in Toronto, Vancouver, and LA.
Her actors can be seen on many series, feature films, and commercials that are being shot and produced in North America and abroad.
Maya Ritter
Talent Agent
Beginning at the young age of 10, Maya spent a decade in front of the camera as a principal actor. Even at that age, she was intrigued by the magic of movie-making and regularly sat with crew to observe what it took to create a film.

She knew early on that this industry was her true calling and decided to explore other avenues of it in her mid 20’s, which landed her the position of principal agent, side by side with her mother and founder of the agency, Teri Ritter.

She has a genuine love of the industry, and is deeply connected to the creative aspect of it. Her goal is to create a symbiotic relationship between herself and her talent based on communication and trust. Her focus is to help carve out pathways for her actors and maintain a high performance mindset throughout the process.
Maya works with both union and non-union actors and is keenly interested in helping each actor set new metrics for their careers.
David Robyn
Junior Agent/Youth & Teen
David Robyn brings years of experience in the entertainment industry as a working actor and music artist, combined with a strong background in business and leadership through his career in sales.
His unique blend of industry knowledge and corporate expertise allows him to effectively guide and support emerging talent while building meaningful relationships within the industry.
As a Junior Talent Agent with the Youth Division at Ritter Talent Agency, David is passionate about helping young performers navigate their careers and reach their full potential. He is excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Youth Division while fostering the next generation of talent.
